Oliver Yu has been creating stunning images for over 20 years. His unique photographic expression has been fanned by his passion to continuously learn and explore the art. He finished his BA in Commercial Photography from the world renowned “Brook’s Institute of Photographic Art Science in Santa Barbara, California. There he had the opportunity to meet and learn from such great photographers like Ansel Adams, Yousuf Karsh and Jerry Gay.

He is comfortable in both digital & film photography, from a pin hole camera to a large format 8x10 camera. His fine art photography has won awards and has been exhibited in the United States, Europe and Asia.

His passion is to create fine art portraiture that is passed on from generation to generation. Preserving the family heritage and keeping the memories alive.

His desire and commitment is to get people excited and supportive of our local talents. He has a dedicated gallery space primarily focused on promoting and supporting new or established artists in the Upstate.
